Having autocrossed years ago, recently being introduced to rallycross, I knew it was a sport I would like to join soon. Through my research and talking with people about it, I found that not many outside of the sport know much about it. So I met up with the Houston chapter of the SCCA and shot a video at one of their rallycross events last year. Hopefully this helps people interested get a good idea of what great fun it is and how easy it is to take part in it!

That looks like soo much more fun than autocross! I wish I had room for one more car.

Absolutely! Most tracks they run are not as muddy as this one was, so you don't always need a separate vehicle for rallycross. One event I attended and raced in was half asphalt and half gravel, so it was part autocross with part loose rock. Go check out a local event, the communities are great fun!

I'm sure there are. We are in Houston, and it is completely flat here. The only elevation we get are overpasses on the freeway. lol
